Several OFCCP Website Pages Reactivated
Recently, several federal government websites, including those of the Department of Labor (DOL), have experienced significant changes. In February, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website was reduced to a landing page referencing Executive Order 14173, issued on January 21, 2025, titled “Ending Illegal Discrimination and Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity.”
Earlier this week, several OFCCP webpages have come back online. Although these pages are not accessible from the current OFCCP home page, many direct links that previously led to “Page Not Found” errors are now functional. For instance, the Corporate Scheduling Announcement Lists (CSAL), their FAQs, and methodologies became available again on March 14, 2025. Conciliation Agreements also resurfaced, although no new agreements have been posted since President Trump’s inauguration on January 20, 2025. Additionally, the Scheduled Review Lists, which provide information on contractors who received scheduling letters each month, have reappeared but have not been updated since January 20, 2025.
These resources offer insights into past, present, and future compliance reviews, also known as audits or investigations. Despite the revocation of Executive Order 11246, the OFCCP continues to oversee compliance investigations and enforce the Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA) and Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act. The reappearance of these resources may hint at OFCCP’s future actions, but further guidance from DOL leadership and the White House is awaited.
However, some OFCCP webpages that were briefly accessible earlier in the week are no longer available, including the VEVRAA landing page and the veterans Hiring Benchmark. These now result in “Page Not Found” errors. Similarly, the OFCCP disability self-identification form (CC-305) page was available earlier but is currently inaccessible.
